He will contribute to conducting in vivo nutritional trials and assessing the consequences of new feeding strategies on the sustainability of poultry production systems, with a focus on self-sufficiency in protein and mineral substances.
He will also be involved in applying the concepts of "precision feeding" to Label Rouge chicken to enable us to design more sustainable feeding strategies as part of this research activity. For this purpose, we will use systemic approaches such as life cycle assessment (LCA) to assess the sustainability of poultry production systems.
