Efi Nisiforou will support the design, development, and evaluation of an online survey aimed at exploring and comparing digital education strategies and practices in higher education across Greece, France, and Cyprus. She will focus on examining the integration of digital tools, pedagogical practices, and methods in adult education, assessing their impact on learner engagement, satisfaction, and outcomes. Additionally, Efi will contribute to the development of frameworks, policy reports, and roadmaps to address barriers and identify facilitators for effective digital strategies. Her work will provide actionable recommendations to enhance digital education practices within higher education institutions. This aligns with broader trends in digital transformation and supports national and European reforms aimed at improving digital readiness and resilience in Cyprus and beyond.
