Previously a senior lecturer in French studies and film at Manchester Metropolitan University, she has a strong expertise on transnational cinema, migration film, media literacy and intercultural awareness. She is now an independent researcher and educator associated to the Remelice group. She will support Benedicte Brahic 's inquiries in Manchester and relate with the host scientist and Remelice, The platform she co-founded, Filta, is a participative resource designed to enhance the dialogue between cultures. She will help with the organisation of the meetings and co-lead with Benedicte Brahic and the host scientist, the week focused on the ‘community-centered home’.
