Dr. Barrozo is an active collaborator of both host and home groups, with different projects being carried out, and publications in collaboration with each one of them. She is an expert in taste sense in hematophagous insects, including mosquitoes and kissing bugs. In this project, Dr. Barrozo will provide her input in experimental design and interpretation of results, due to hers extensive background in the field. Also, her expertise will be needed for the continuation of the research line, with those experiments that should be carried out in Argentina once the visit stage is finalized.
