My research focuses on the reception of Korean picture books in France. Since 2000, French publishers have been interested in Korean picture books, constantly translating and publishing them. From 2000 to the present, 151 Korean picture books have found a French audience, according to a non-exhaustive list I have compiled. I will study the translation of Korean picture books into French and examine its evolution.
On the evening of Thursday, January 11, I will briefly introduce some Korean picture books that have been internationally recognized or published in French.
