Presentation
In several European countries, museums have been confronted with an unprecedented situation for more than a year: operating without an audience, in a time frame that no longer allows them to imagine new projects. To keep the link, these cultural institutions have developed or amplified their digital strategy. It is fascinating to observe these initiatives and to ask whether they contribute to a new digital humanism or, on the contrary, lead us into an entertainment society. And now that most cultural venues have reopened, is there a new momentum that incorporates the lessons of this pandemic and projects us into a world to come?
