Dr Dillon has extensive experience in C. elegans transgenics, including CRIPR/Cas9 gene editing and will provide very useful input should we need to trouble-shoot generation of the transgenics for arthropod ion channels. His participation in the project also provides further opportunities for longer term collaborations with INRAE following on from this study.
