The project belongs to the social, economic and politic sciences area, at the international scale. It aims to emphazise the analysis of the policies of the of the South countries, examplifiying Brazil, Vietnam, Mexico, French Guyana. Two goals are inscribed : a) scientific investigation upon the North and South relations, on policies and actions of valorization and conservation of biodiversity : genetic resources exploitation, biopiracy, sovereignty and intellectual property rights on resources, indigenous people rights ; b) results sharing between North and South, with a special importance given to actors and industries in Région Centre in order to give access to information and build awareness.
